Broadway Dance: On the Move with Daniel Gaymon

Daniel Gaymon has been dancing/performing since he was 9 years old, he began training at the Columbia City Jazz Dance School & Company in Columbia, SC under the Artistic Director, Dale Lam. Before moving to New York, he traveled overseas doing a European tour with Rasta Thomas’ “The Bad Boys of Dance,” eventually moving to Los Angeles, CA to set his sights on commercial work. During his time in LA, Daniel performed with Travis Wall’s “Shaping Sound,” doing two U.S. tours with the company. After that, he booked the Broadway revival of the musical “Cats” and moved to New York City. Since then, Daniel has traveled with the U.S. tour of “Hamilton” and returned to Broadway to perform in Disney’s “The Lion King.”
