[ load-in, concessions, ushers & strike ]

load-in: Wed. March 29 @ 5-9pm
Strike: Sun. April 2 @ 5-9pm

Fri-Sat. @ 6:30pm-10:30pm
Sat-sun.⁠@ 3pm-6pm

Load-in: Mostly bringing in equipment and prepping the space. Consists of putting the set together, setting lights & sound, placing chairs for audience members.

Ushers: Responsible for checking tickets, passing out programs and directing patrons to their seats.

Concession: Volunteers will sell and stock items at the concession stand before and during the performance. 

Strike: Once our production closes, we need ALL HANDS on deck! This set has to come down as fast as we can! Take things apart and lift into the trucks.

Volunteer responsibilities include setting up before the show and cleaning up after the show. If you are unable to stay the entire time, please choose another day to work. Volunteer assignments may be adjusted when volunteers arrive based on need.

We will teach you basic skills! The more hands we can get, the better! If you are available to help us in any way possible, come on over. We need all hands on deck as this show OPENS SOON! Bring tools and a friend too!⁠⁠

MANDATORY ADVISORY:
In accordance with CDC and safety protocols, all our patrons and volunteers are ENCOURAGED to wear your masks for the duration of the performances and attendance of this event.
